PLEASE NOTE: this is a custom portrait therefore I do need you to send me your pet’s photos.

Once you've placed your order, I'll get in touch via email to receive your pet photos. I will start working on your pet's portrait and send you an image of it for approval. Please make sure you respond as soon as possible. 

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

• A4 art print - professionally printed in Italy and packaged with lots of love and care - NO FRAME INCLUDED
  
• 1 digital copy of your pet’s portrait
  

DELIVERY TIME: after you place your order and I receive your pet’s photo, I will send you your portrait for approval in 4/6 business days. Once you approve your pet’s portrait, allow 2-4 weeks for your custom order to be completed and sent to you.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND: cancellations are accepted until your portrait proof is emailed to you. Because of the nature of the product, once your order is emailed to you, I can’t accept refund requests.

TERMS OF USE: this pet’s portrait is sold for personal use only. No permission is given by Manulu Studio to reproduce any imagery in any other form without written permission.
