How to Complete Your Order:
To customize your illustration, please add the following in the Notes section at checkout:
- The name or message you’d like to include.
- The chosen design.

Delivery Time:
- Proof for approval: You will receive a proof within 2-4 business days after placing your order and providing the necessary details.
- Final delivery: Once you approve the proof, your order will be completed and shipped within 7 business days.
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds:
- Cancellations: Accepted before the illustration proof is emailed for approval.
- Refunds: Due to the custom nature of the product, refunds are not available after the proof is approved.
